This is showing my work in resdesign of the lever and linkage flight controls, the converted throttle cam actuation and bellcrank paths, rod bearing installations, and the packaged details of the pilots and co-pilots control console. These flight controls were also upgraded to accommodate an autopilot and fly-by-wire system in the redesign. Critical in this design was adjusting the node path of the cam to its new travel function and modes of throttle., and precise assembly of linkage to all components in actuation.
CADAM and Kinematics programs were used in the redesigning.
